Scrutineering & Documentation – 13 July 2025 AM
Scrutineering and documentation will be held on Sunday Morning at Bicester Motion. This provides crews ample time to arrive, prepare their vehicles, and get ready for the rally.
The HERO-ERA team will be around to offer any help and training for newcomers before a briefing from the Clerk of the Course.

Rally – 13th July 2025 PM
After two exciting tests on-site, crews will head out onto the roads surrounding Bicester for the Regularities before returning for a second attempt at the Tests.
The Regularities are tailored to provide a balanced experience, suitable for newcomers but still demanding enough to keep experienced crews engaged.
The routes are crafted to be intuitive, making use of clear tulips, jogularities, and maps, allowing newcomers to focus on honing their skills without being overwhelmed.
However, the roads' varying nature—from smooth, flowing sections to more technical and twisty routes—ensures that every participant will find a challenge to match their level.
