Two Turkish teams make history in the Beijing-Paris Classic Car Rally with a 1973 Anadol STC-16 and a1949 DeSoto, driving 14,500 kilometers in 37 days

This year, two Turkish teams are participating in one of the world's oldest and most prestigious automobile races, the Beijing-Paris Classic Car Rally. The rally, spanning 14,500 kilometers in 37 days, features 110 classic cars ranging from 1914 to 1975 models, competing in various engine classes.

Representing Türkiye, Ali Eric and his son Alican Eric are driving a 1973 model Anadol STC-16, while Yaman Besen and Tamer Kiziltan are competing in a 1949 model DeSoto. This year marks the 8th edition of the rally, which began in 1907.
